Induction Process for Incoming 1st Years.
Moving to secondary level is an exciting stage in our students’ lives. To help support them and ensure that they settle in happily we have an extensive Induction Programme for first year students that helps them to make a successful start in Finn Valley College.
This process begins early in 6th Class with:
- National School Visits by our Principal and Deputy Principal. We invite all students to our:
- Open Day/Open Night: Pupils are invited to our Open Day to find out all that our school offers, see our modern facilities and meet our students and staff. Parents/guardians are then welcome to view our school and learn about the curriculum we offer and the opportunities available at our school. After the application process has been completed we ensure that we are there to help students every step of the way.
