Our school policies are guidelines and rules that we as a school have created to ensure a safe, effective, and fair environment for students, staff, and parents. These policies provide a framework for how our school operates and helps to clarify expectations and procedures for everyone involved. Our aim is to ensure that everyone in Finn Valley College experiences a safe and equitable environment that meets the needs of all our school community.
The school’s Behaviour Management Plan is based on RESPECT – Respect for each other, Respect for teachers and staff, and Respect for the school building and equipment. Our Classroom Expectations are central to success for our students with focus on being ready, being responsible and being respectful. Together with our core values and ethos, each student can be their best and achieve their best.
